A Scottsdale, Arizona based company recently introduced an all-inclusive solar panel kit designed for installation on homes and light commercial buildings.

Kyocera Solar Inc. will produce the MyGen solar energy kit, a pre-engineered system that will have everything required to complete a solar installation on a home or business. There will also be the option to accommodate a future expansion or upgrade.

Officials from Kyocera said in a press release that the kits are ideal for those in residential areas just starting off in their quest for solar energy. Officials also said the kits are good for contracting professionals interested in expanding into solar energy installation.

“These kits are not only an investment in solar energy and our environment, but also in the U.S. economy,” said Kyocera President Steve Hill. Hill said the product is made in America, thereby creating green jobs for American citizens.
